Registration & Fees

Early Registration Fee (Until June 10):  160 € (Euros) or  425 TL (Turkish Liras)

Late Registration Fee (After June 10): 170 € (Euros) or  450 TL (Turkish Liras)

Accompanying Person Fee :   75 € (Euros) or   200 TL (Turkish Liras)

Registration Fee (without accommodation):   75 € (Euros) or   200 TL (Turkish Liras)

Registration fee includes: accommodation (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ), breakfasts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), lunches  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), conference dinner, conference bag (abstracts book, program booklet, pen, notebook, etc.) and coffee-tea-cookies.

An excursion program will be organized in the third day afternoon of the workshop. The fee to excursion will be announced later.

The Registration fee payment in cash will not be accepted during the conference Registration process.

For completing your registration please follow the next steps:

1. Please write the reference (your name-WDEA2015 fee) on the bank receipt while transferring money

2. Please send the scan of your bank receipt payment confirmation form via e-mail to [email protected]

3.  All conference participants are responsible for any bank remittance expenses or any commission charges

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after July 10, 2015 will not be refunded. All refunds will be reimbursed after the conference.
